Belly Button Clock

Our body has a signal that could not be hide.
We cannot easily miss the signal of hunger among the any other signals.When the hunger signal rings, we can tell that belly button clock is going off. The belly button clock keeps very correct. When we feel an empty in the stomach, it is time to eat.It has never missed a mealtime. Belly button clock represents natural ourselves. Belly button clock does not come to the front even though we all always have it. 

I want it to come out to the real world.

Type of clock is pocket watch. Because pocket watch is kept our body like a belly button clock. I've been thinking that pocket watch has been too classical image to get close to the people. 
So I designed the clock's whole shape little satirically and funny. When you open the clock, you can see the spoon and chopsticks which symbolizes time to eat in the left side. In the right side, there is a body shape which is expressed by old metal craft technique 'filigree'. Filigree is line delineation skill in metal craft so it is good for description of our in-side of the body's element by the lines like muscle and flesh.
When the people open the clock, I hope they can see in-side of the body and get interest in my watch.

I'm expecting this belly button clock take off the old and too classical image with interesting from and story will get close to the people more new and friendly.

Wistful



Getting old is made me feel sorry and wistful.
I often miss something old like an old memory.
There are so many memories in my head. 
They are linked with my life and make me alive.

I couldn't remember every memories and feelings. But It's fine.
It is just little wistful, not so sad.
