Story from the Hair.
_ The Moving Hair.

When I was exchange student, I had a hard time speaking with foreign friends. Suddenly their hair began to talk to me. As I stare at them, their hair, like a word bubble, seems to represent their thought. Their hair comes alive in my eyes.

I like sit in a café, watching people drinking coffee and walking down the street and wonder what they are thinking. Hair dances and speaks and encircles the head when we are awake and asleep, in motion and at rest. It speaks of our thoughts and feelings and dreams. I see subtle stories in the moving hair.

I mainly created my works with filigree technique and enameling. I think that technique is good for representing my theme and idea.

From the Heart.

Feeling code is red.

It is hard to me
to explain negative sorrow from the deepheart.

I hope that someone could know about all my feeling
even I didn't say any thing.

When 3women meet,they make coffee.

There is an old proverb
" When three women meet it could break the dishes" in korea.

When I, who love coffee so much, and friend 'S' and 'K' meet
we cannot miss the coffee.

If you listen our story,
you will know that our story fits with coffee
which has sweet and bitter taste rather than break the dishes noisily.

We cannot except coffee from our talking.

She is boydenish girl but like sugar.
She knows the life has bitter and deep taste like coffee.
She has grown up with soft heart like a cream.

Imagine another body shape.

Enemy of Diet, Belly button clock.

We couldn't cheat Belly button clock.
All of us yearn some kind of great body shape.
We can be or not
It is good that imagine like that nice body.

Especially imagine the other sex.

Imagine another body shape. _ Boy & Girl
The boy wants to have sixpack like a chocolate on his belly.
The girl wants to be a glamor woman.

And the Belly-button-clock
My belly button clock will not break easily.

The Moving Hair.

" You can sound water ten fathoms deep,
but you cannot sound the human heart a single fathom. "

Sometimes I wonder people's thinking.
As I stare at them silently,
their hair dances to represent their thought.

Hair began to talk to me.

There is their hair makes me thinking in my eyes.

Talk to me.

Tears...

I cry when I couldn't stand anymore.
Feel good, sad, happy...
I would know the story in ours.

Face hide feelings.
It seems be motionless but It is not
All of them talking their story.

Each of them have some story.
